Repairs under warranty or guarantee are free of charge. For other repairs, hourly rates and other costs are available online in the service guidelines.
Repairs and maintenance should always be carried out by authorised personnel such as sanitation, heating and air-conditioning specialist tradespeople or the Reflex After Sales & Service team. Avoid system failures, incorrect setup, wear, and system inefficiency by only allowing skilled personnel to work on your system.
